Best fat loss drugs for a female clen t3 EC

I've been considering taking something to help me with my fat loss efforts. Looking into clen/t3/EC. What experiences have others had with these inparticular females? I'm just a bit worried from all the horror stories I'm reading particularly about t3
And permanent thyroid damage. Also how long can they be cycled for I've read 6-8 weeks max for t3 and clen. But EC can be used for many months though it isn't as effective.

I'm going through this with my woman right now. We've completed first pass on the basic blood panels, and just got back the results. This is the area I just now started to analyze. I put some comments to remind me (since I'm not doing this all at once) where to pursue next.

So to answer your question, it really depends. If your thyroid is performing well, then I'm not sure I'd mess around with either T 3/4. Clen gives me the shakes terribly and makes me irritable, but some can tolerate it better than I. When taking, there is a methodology of stepping up the dose til you are at target dose.

Have you had blood panels to see if any issues?

And what have your "fat loss efforts" consisted of? Do you know your TDEE and are eating below that? Are you doing cardio? How long have these efforts lasted this last time?

    Cheers!

Answers to the above needed. If your body fat is high, it's best to drop your weight before using these compounds. Length of use will depend on doses.

Ok initially I was sitting at 61kgs and measured bf% 18% using a DEXA scan
My height is 163cm. Ive put on about 6kgs muscle and fat after rebounding from a low calorie diet (1200-1400 cal ) for 6 weeks straight so I'm probably around 21-22% bf which I am unable to lose I fluctuate a lot due to water so it's hard to even measure my weight via the scale but I have been using a tape measure as going by look and I don't feel I've lost anything even though I've been monitoring my diet for several weeks including cycling carbs..

As Times mentioned above, it's more than just macros. If you continue to eat at your TDEE, it'll be difficult to lose weight. Eating clean is only half the battle. If you don't eat at least 500 cals below your TDEE daily, results will be negligible. The other factors are time and cardio. Dropping body fat requires a consistent effort daily over a long term. The results will happen if you stay committed to a long term plan of eating below your TDEE. Compounds like clen and T3 will help but only after you've mastered the nutritional component.

I should mention I did do var during that time which I anticipate is why I rebounded so hard ..

Yes I do cardio I lift heavy and I weigh everything and log it in fitnesspal I'm eating at 1400-1600 calories depending on whether it's a training day or not. I train 6 days weights and do cardio 4 days for atleast 30 min sometimes I do intervals and I'm 25 yrs old.

Did blood work thyroid is fine according to my dr I can't remember the value on the top of my head

Wow. 18% BF? That's impressive. I don't think this broad has major issues with nutrition. I would avoid T3. And clen.. well it's garbage. Ephedrine is no walk in the park either.
