Ive put on about 6kgs muscle and fat after rebounding from a low calorie diet (1200-1400 cal ) for 6 weeks straight so I'm probably around 21-22% bf which I am unable to lose I fluctuate a lot due to water so it's hard to even measure my weight via the scale but I have been using a tape measure as going by look and I don't feel I've lost anything even though I've been monitoring my diet for several weeks including cycling carbs..
