Started my Winny on Friday. I have British Dragon 5mg tabs. I am running 50mgs ed. Should I take all ten of them in the morning? Or should I continue to take 5 in the morning and 5 later in the afternoon. Thanks for the input bro's..

Whenever possible, try and split your winny doses at least twice/day. Winny has a half-life of about 12hrs and blood levels need to be constant. I always take a dose in the A.M. right before the gym with a little grapefruit juice and another dose in the P.M. before retiring.
