I'm a busy person and remembering what day I took my AI is a pain in the butt. I'm used to using aromasin which I dosed every day do it was always easy to remember. I recently switched to adex, is it ok to just dose it mon, wed, fri? Much easier to remember, and I know only bw will tell. Just curious.

dex id rec 0.25-0.5mg eod. mon wed fri is fine im sure.
