I haven't cycle in 2 years. Ive done;
test e @ 250 10weeks
test e @ 500 12 weeks w/ dbo l@ 30 first 5 weeks
^that same cycle then adding deca @ 400 for 16 weeks
then test p @ 250/tren a @ 400 for 8 weeks
time + in-between.
Do you think i could get the same results with a lower cycle like test e @ 500, rather than the ladder? Due to tolerance n saturation, or rather specifically the lack of?
I have lost merely all my gains, not due to stupidity of training and nutrition, but from lives sever curve balls.
Any one ever experiment with progressive compounds and dosages in the same cycle?
I was thinking of trying something like;
test p @ 350 weeks 1-20
dbol @ 50 weeks 1-6
npp @300 weeks 5-12
tren a @350 weeks 12-18
For a lean bulk into recomp.
