    injection question. "aspirate"

    i used a 3ml syringe and 23g x1 to inject.

today i had my second injection, this time it was on my right arm. (im right handed) so i used my left hand.

before injecting i checked for blood, but i had a hard time with the pulling while checking.

like the plug/tube thing shouldnt draw, it was very hard expectantly using my left hand.

anyways i managed to move it a little, i think. and just injected the 250mg test E into my arm. when i pulled the needle only 1 small drop of blood came out.

also i would like to mention, while injecting the needle my delt started ti twitch for a bit, kinda freaked me out. (i worked it out yesterday)

so i waited and relaxed more then injected after checking if there was blood or not.

my question is while is it so difficult to draw/aspirate? it is it because i didn't hit a vain? or maybe im just not used to injecting with my left hand lol?

now after couple of hours my arm feels little weak. no pain just little discomfort i guess, typical injection feeling.

what do ya'll think about this? i just want to make sure i am doing everything right ^^

I think you should switch to quads. Makes life so much simpler. Easy to do everything.

You're fine. If it was in a vein the plunger would fly back unbelievably easily and you won't forget it. On that note, the plunger really does not have to "move" back noticeably when aspirating. When you feel the pressure and it's difficult to move your good to go. Your pip is normal.

**Note taken: Use left hand when injecting right shoulder.

if it's your first time injecting into quads expect not being able do walk for two days lol.. at last that's what happened to me.

as for aspirating there are mixed opinion about this. from what i've read most people in these forums advocate aspirating but if you ask a doctor they rarely do it. i've never done and so far i've pinned myself about 20 times. never had a problem

    ^^^this

Plus your delt twitch may have been you were close to a nerve. If you hit a nerve, you'll know about that too

If you pin the quad properly, and don't move the needle around when it's inside of you it shouldn't be all that bad. If your quads are big enough you can pin a whole cycle of long esters just by rotating places on your quads.

Agree^^^^^ Quads are easy to pin and after the whole virgin muscle thing are my favorite. I have about 4 places on each quad plus 2 on the glutes so that's 10 locations in which to rotate.

I always aspirate and take about a minute per ml being injected. Go slow.

    I can't do delts.......I can't reach them.

thank you all for taking the time to reply to my questions, you all have been really great.

i just injected myself in the quads for the first time, it was really smooth.

while injecting the needle my muscle started to spasm so i stopped, relaxed and once it stopped i continued to inject. held the needle in for couple of second, then injected the gear.

it went very smooth and felt nothing. after pilling the needle out not even one drop of blood came out, it took me a while to find the injection location to put the bandage on it lol.

Good deal! Guess you're one of the ones that can take it in the quads lol

Just keep your leg relaxed and unflexed. Since I'm in trt I've lost count of how many times I've hit the quads. Given there's so much area, you can spread around quite a bit within the typical quad boundaries with success. I not only rotate quads, but locations on each quad. Easy.

    Some people just can't.

I tried one time and it was miserable, I could not see myself getting through leg day with that kind of pain. Since then I just never tried again. That was on my first cycle though and the thought of trying again keeps popping into my mind. It just seems so convenient.
