Having said that, everything looks good aside from the slightly low age, no AI mentioned, and you are light. I understand you are 5'5'' and that is no Andre the Giant, but 69kg still seems low. When I say low I mean you still could gain plenty of weight by just eating more and training harder. I do not think you are plateauing yet.
My personal opinion is that you wait one more year, use that year to "lift big eat big" and then cycle with that you already have on you.
