    Post First Cycle Test E Protocol. Hardness?

    What's up guys? I've been lifting for 5 years, 2 years eating clean and following macros and counting calories.

    My stats:

    Age: 23
    Height: 168cm (5'5)
    Weight: 69 kg
    BF: I guess around 10% (I look shredded, I can see my 6 pack without flexing)
    Biceps (contracted - cold): 39cm
    Chest (cold): 107cm
    Waist: 75cm
    Quads (contracted - cold): 53cm

    My Goal:
    Acquire some extra pounds and put some hardness on my physique.

    My Cycle Protocol:

    Test E 1-12 weeks -> 500mg/week (250mg jab on Monday and Thursday)
    HCG 2-12 weeks -> 500iu/week (250iu jab on Monday and Thursday)

    PCT (starts 14 days after last Test E pin):
    Clomid 4 weeks -> 100/50/50/50
    Nolva 4 weeks -> 40/20/20/20

    I'll have some extra Nolva in hand just in case that during my cycle some gyno signs appears, I have no idea how sensitive to Test I am. Better be safe.

    What do you guys think? Will this Test dose on top of my current status and dieting (I still dieting on low-carb year round) bring me that hardness?

    Please advise.

    You seem to have done good research on the first cycle so you already know the "wait a few years" comments are coming. As long as you understand the possible risks I will not lecture you.

    Having said that, everything looks good aside from the slightly low age, no AI mentioned, and you are light. I understand you are 5'5'' and that is no Andre the Giant, but 69kg still seems low. When I say low I mean you still could gain plenty of weight by just eating more and training harder. I do not think you are plateauing yet.

    My personal opinion is that you wait one more year, use that year to "lift big eat big" and then cycle with that you already have on you.

    Hcg till 3 days prior pct
    Otherwise pretty basic but should stay natural few more years IMHO
    Ps I don't feel like switching your stats to lbs.

    Your point is valid but let me tell ya a little bit what I've been through (what consequently brings me to this cycle). Indeed I don't weight that much, but as you said I'm a short guy (5'5), my last bulk, last year, I weighted around 80kg (176lbs), I felt terrible afterwards, lost abs, veins disappeared, muscle looks shitty, I didn't expect that my BF and muscle quality would get that bad so fast at the end of the bulk process, I went from 69kg (152 lbs) to 80kg (176lbs) in 3 months. Since then, I've realized how sensitive my muscle quality and BF are to dieting, and since my goal is aesthetics, I decided to never bulk like that anymore and stay lean year round just making small gains while keeping the muscle quality, So I cut down to 69kg again. That being said I was wondering that a Test cycle could bring me to my 80kg again (176 lbs) while keeping my muscle quality, that's why I was asking about the "hardness" thing.

    What do you guys say? Do you think Test will provide me that gains while maintain my veins, muscle quality like looking shredded? (I know that diet is the key for stay shredded, but, as I said, whenever I bulk to get some relevant gains, I lost all my aesthetics, that's why I was wondering use Test E)

    You said it yourself, your diet determines what happens. I would eat your protein, stay just above TDEE, avoid simple carbs, sugars, and excess fat, and everything will fall in place.

    You sound like your mind is made up. Just know that in addition to the things we've discussed, injury is another likely scenario if you bulk too fast due to this cycle. I cycled too early so I speak from experience.

    Thanks for all of that input guys. I really appreciate to know that at least my protocol is good to go.

    But, I'd like to know if this Test E cycle will allow me to put some hardness on my physique without bloating that bad If I stay on low-carb high protein diet (like a paleo diet)?

    That's my last question, bear with me guys, it's my first time and I've done a bunch of research, but those kind of question I do wanna hear from you experienced guys.

    When it comes to bulking I am not a fan of low carb diets. I am not a fan of them period but that is just my personal opinion. You need plenty of carbs, just make sure they are from a good source.

    This cycle will put on some hardness/density for sure, but once again, how much is up to you. As long as you control your estrogen you shouldn't bloat too bad. Just make sure you are drinking plenty of water.

    Also realize that 11kg may happen in 12 weeks, but there will likely be some fat gain IF you try to put on that much.
    A more reasonable goal would be about 5kg of lean muscle. To do that, I'd say use your current tdee, add a little, but make sure the extra macros are mostly protein. Slow and steady will determine how much fat you'll gain
