That being said I'm pinning Test C twice a week in the glutes by myself from a UGL people say tends to have PIP.
I call BS on pip/virgin muscle theory.
I'm with austin on this when he says that its either dirty oil or bad technique.
The only time it hurt was the very first time I was excited to have my first pin done, I pricked myself in the finger trying to put the cap back on!
my finger hurt like a b1tch for a little bit haha, other than that nothing worth mentioning.
1.5in in the glutes all the way in, nice and slow - 60 seconds to put 1ml in.
I use 1 hand & z track, and out of the 5 pins so far I've gotten no pip, and I only had a tiny spot of blood twice.
when I did B12 in my quad it did feel almost like a charlie horse for a few minutes, but it went away no pip.
I would give the glutes a try, look at the video above and go slow otherwise you're causing trauma in there.
