bf:12-14

this is my 3rd cycle

my last cycle was sustanon 500mg 6week +4week

anapolon 100mg and this cycle done 5 month ago

my first cycle was test e only

i want start this

anapolon 50 mg ed 4 week
deca 300-350mg 8week
test e 500mg 10 week
week 3- 12 500mg hcg weekly
pct Clomid 100/50/50/25/25 and Nolvadex 40/40/20/20/20

i dont have arimidex i have letrozole and exemestan wich is good for ai in this cycle? and how much?

and may i need caber in this cycle?

First off i think you started aas alittle soon. But that aside most would suggest running deca for 12 weeks due to the long ester. Unless you use npp(short ester deca) also run hcg starting week 1. And exemestan is aromasin(google exemestan) i would use the exemestan, letro can make it hard to dial in your e2 levels becuz its so potent.

when i done my second cycle i was 201 lbs .i fasted for 30 day and now im 176 lbs.this pic is when i done second cycle

Why did you fast for 40 days? You should look to gain that weight back before you consider cycling again IMO.
