    Contest Prep cycle

    I just joined so I can track my journey through my contest prep, and the cycle my coach is putting me on. First off im 30 and I have taken many cycles, ive tried a lot of different stuff from peptides to roids. But this seems to be my hard core cycle and diet to date.
    first 6 weeks.
    test E 250 400-450mgs a week MWF
    SuperTren Tren E 100mg Tren A 50mg 300 a week TTH(I have this to try and help limit shots per week switch to straight tren ace 6 weeks out)
    EQ 400-450mg a week TTH
    I was supposed to add Winni but I cant take it, it gives me kidney stones.
    All comments or questions are welcome

    no need for the eq, a contest cycle/ or cutting cycle only needs enough AAS to preserve muscle, no more. I would run test e at 250mg. Mast e or tren at 400mg and add an oral like anavar or stana the last 6 weeks. All thats needed IMO.

    Aswell as ill be using around 50mcg t3 ED, with clen on and off.

    I forgot im running clen through out. adding T3 6 weeks out.
    the EQ my coach wants me to run to help improve my appetite and get me hungry so I can get all my meals in.
    at 6 weeks out im switching from test E to test prop adding masteron and var along with T3

    So whats your goal weight your aiming for on stage? 220?

    I hope to walk on stage 225-230. my coach wants to make sure I get all my meals in plus EQ is more of a harder I wont retain water.
    I wont to be hungry when dieting so my metabolism keeps running as high as it can. Im still eating 6-7 meals a day im just carb cycling one high 2 zero carb days
