    Me...just not in Sacramento, i do most of my work via internet anyway, i am sure you can find some references on here for what i deliver...and even read some free posts...

    Most people that do prep work do it through email and phone. Unless you're needing someone to help you with actual training in the gym there's really no reason or advantage of having someone you see face-to-face all the time.
