AI Dose Change (with blood work)

I'm on 500mg of test e per week. I've been taking 1mg of anastrozole per week (I open 1 capsule and dilute in 7cc water and take 1 cc per day). It works out to roughly 0.142mg per day.

My blood work came in and my E2 is at 127 pg/mL (range: up to 43 pg/mL) Is it enough to increase my dose of Anastrozole to 0.5mg per day or should I maybe take a full 1mg capsule to try and get this down asap?

EDIT AUGUST 22: Just got my new results in. After doubling my dose to 0.25mg per day, my E2 actually doubled and is at 256pg/mL
