Need to start with new cycle Anadrol 50 mg and it is the first time
Coach say must be take 1 Anadrol tablet before exercise and 2 Legalon tablets per day morning/evening
And when cycle finished must be use Nolvadex and Proviron for 10 days
Is that correct?

No its not correct, your 'coach' doesnt have a clue
And you havent done any research for yourself if your asking these questions.
NEVER run an oral only cycle or anything without Testosterone as the base of the cycle.
What are the rest of your stats by the way?
Bodyfat %?
Training history?
Cycle history?

A bombs by themselves or any oral AAS for that matter is a FOOLISH idea and your coach is giving you poor advice. You will not keep anything you gain and the sides will be ridiculous depending on your dose. Please reconsider!
