best way to warm test

was wondering what method everyone prefers to warming up their test before injection. should i do it while its in the vial or in the chamber of the syringe? should i also warm my hcg? thanks in advance everyone!

I just heat up some water and then set my vial in it upright for like a minute or two

Do not warm your HCG. As for warming the test I have heard of a lot of people putting it in warm/hot water. I personally feel no need to warm it up, more of a hassle if you ask me. It still goes in easy enough and no one should be injecting quickly anyway.

Thats something i've never done ( warmed test up ) i don't see the need to.

Pin more slowly. About 1 minute per ml.

I don't get pip anymore. Maybe I have too much scar tissue. I got a fair amount of soreness after injections on my first two cycles but since then I am good to go.
