These are my first few posts I'm going to have to find my tdee I'm learning it's vital. 170 is the heaviest I've been I'm a thin built it runs in the family. At 170 I'm the most well built man in my family. My father and both grandfather's were about 20 lbs lighter than me at my age I'll get my tdee figured and post it. I'll admit I'm not as proper on my nutrition as I should I work a travel job 12-15 hours a day so some days preparing proper meals just isn't possible. So when i do i focus on healthy food items. I'm aware I'm not up to par for heavy bulking. I'm going to study the nutritional supplements section and see where I can improve.
