I ive just been goin to gym for last 8 weeks I take 1 ml of omnadec a week I take creatine liquid under toungein morning and plenty bulk powders is there any thing I'm doin wrong I goto gym 5 days a week strsight and other 2 swim sauna steamro would like some mor info I just want to get bulked up cheers

You do need rest days. Whats 1ml that tells us nothing how much do you eat? what are your tdee's ? do you go over them ?

You need to do alot more research before you are even able to ask proper questions, let alone run a cycle.
Personally I would say stop everything and do a PCT then research for a few months atleast. there is alot of good info here

Ok so i see in your profile you are 37 years old. Like Clarky said we need more info on you. Current stats, goals and so on. Sounds like you are taking 1cc of something (hopefully test) weekly. I see no pct plan or anything. You should have clomid and nolva for pct. Also an ai like exemestane for use during cycle if needed (and it usually is). The more info you can hive us the more we have to help you.

Hi sorry it's 200ml of test and 200 ml of deca a week that I take i goto gym and work on different parts of my body and nutrition wise I eat properly carbs protein and a little fat I eat 4 boiled eggs a day wen I come back from gym I take beef bulking protein powder in morning creatine liquid under tongue I can see a difference ive only took six ml altogether should I just keep at it or add or change anything thanks for your response reslly appreciated
