was taking 1.25mg of Arimidex 2 a week per docs orders and it cause my E to get low

How long before my e gets back in the 20-40 range if i take half the dosage twice a week. My current estradiol level is 6.82. Fortunately i haven't had any noticeable sides yet. I have been on this protocol for 4 weeks.

Please post ranges on your blood tests. Are you getting the Sensitive Assay for estradiol?

I seem to be saying this a lot lately. Arimidex is a VERY strong medication and should be approached with great caution . With that said, it would be good to tell us about yourself and your protocol so members can be more useful to you.

From my personal experience, it takes about a week to get back to "normal".

My estradiol was 6.8 (7.9-42.6)
Me 35 250 17-18%bf before TRT
Currently 5th week of TRT at 200ml of cyp a week and 500iu of HCG twice a week and 1.25 arimidex twice a week

leading up to trt my estrogen always ran high.

I would think not taking any AI for a week would help bring you up to normal range a lot quicker. Your starting test dose of 200mg/wk is on the higher side, which has to do with you needed an AI in the first place. If you're doing your own injections and aren't already splitting them every 3.5 days that would be a great idea to help aid in less Test to Estrogen conversion.

Yeah I already split my does up every 3.5 days. I'll do as you recommended and skip AI for a week.
