Swollen ankle after test/tren injection

2 days After shooting my leg it got all swollen, especially around the knee, (btw I shoot really high up on the quads). It looked like a fat kid knee. After 2 days the knee went back to normal and now my ancle look like a fat kid one. it seems full of water but no pain at all.

Currently on 100mg test p/100mg tren A EOD
HCG 250 2xw
casaber 0,25 2xw
Arimidex 0,25 eod.

What do you think its the cause? and why only on the leg I shoot? Shall i increased the ARIMIDEX to 0,5 eod?

I doubt it has anything to do with the aas. Probably diet related. Low potassium or something like that.
