First, I'm a 46 year old guy that's been pretty active in Spartan and Tough Mudder events and have just finished rehabbing an attachment point tear in my groin. I've put on about 20# of fat I want to get rid of as well as add muscle back. I'm going to be working with a nutritionist so diet will be clean and high protein. Workout will be with a trainer 5x week with muscle gain as a focus as well as late cycle cardio. I'm healthy otherwise and have run two previous cycles of Test E/P with good results.
I'm considering the following cycle and would appreciate feedback and your guys' expertise:
16 wk.
350mg Test P/Week EOD
250mg Test E/Week Once a week (or 2x?)
600mg EQ/Week EOD
3.50mg/Week Anastrozole
625mcg/Week HCG
I had considered adding a B12 but am having a tough time finding that so will probably pass.
