I'm 25 years old and I've been lifting for 3years.. I'm 6'1 weight 182lb.. BF 13%
I started my diet 4 weeks ago and gained 14lb naturally so far. I was 168lb
Diet:
5pm: 3 eggs white
8pm: 4 eggs white
10pm: chicken salad (2 chicken breast, spinach, baby tomatoes, avocado and cucumbers)
12am: 3 chicken breast, Broccoli and carrots 2am: Greek yogurt with strawberries and half scoop of protein
4am: some nuts
5am: protein shake
6am: gym time
I been reading on Thai forum for a while and I wanted to thank you all.. You guys helped me a lot and taught me everything I needed.
So I decided I join.
