Just a question,

I've seen people using Test and HCG together,

I'm a bit confused because obviously Test will shut down your test production and HCG will kick start it--won't this just confuse the shit out of your body?

I thought HCG was for Post Cycle?

The reason its used during AAS is becouse it helps keep ur Nuts from shrinking. Makes recovery to natural test levels faster and easier after a cycle and proper pct. I can see ur confusion with each opposing each other, and confusing the body, but after all injecting 500mg/wk of test will confise your body on its own. I do know that when i ran cyclce with out HCG i felt no diffenence other than a longer recovery period post PCT...

Minds get confused. The body just reacts, in this case to hormones.
Luteinizing hormone (LH) is the hormone released by the anterior pituitary gland that signals the production of testosterone in the testis, as HCG is very close to LH it will stimulate the testis in the same way.
This is helpfull in cycle to prevent a long continuous shutdown of the testosterone production, which can be hard to kick start.

Try 250ius of hcg e3d, and if the atrophy doesnt subside increae the dosage slightly. I personaly noticed a massive differnce between hcg and no hcg

Someone also said that if too much HCG is administered into the body over a period of time your body will depend on HCG--any truth behind this?

That would be if massive dosages were delivered desensitizing the ledig cells. This is not likely to happen using 250 iu 2xew

Exactly and it seems to me more dosage dependent than duration dependent. Meaning stick with the lowest dose that works for you and as jim said 250iu-2x/week seems to do the trick for the majority.
