Hey all. I'm preparing for my second cycle, after my first of Test E only over this last summer went well. I was trying to cut (but I've since decided I'll never try cutting again on cycle). I loved the way I felt when on cycle, and overall, my body responded very well to it. My PCT also went fine with no noticable bad effects I've heard so much about. The whole experience was almost enough to consider going TRT…but not quite.

I'm 36 tears old, 5'10", weighing in at 180 lbs right now (on my 'cutting' first cycle I cut up to about 190 lbs). My bodyfat is at 12%, the lowest it's been in years, and I'm the strongest I've ever been.

I won't be starting my second cycle until February since my last one ended the end of September, but to give myself more time than before to get gear, I'd like to order it in the near future. I plan to just expand on Austinite's excellent First Cycle thread. So based off the threads and research I've done here, I'm looking at getting the following for the cycle and PCT. I'd appreciate any comments/guidance from experienced members around here - especially if 4 weeks of Dbol is 'good enough' and if 30mg/day is also 'good enough' (should either be increased?), and if .25mg of Arimidex is still enough when adding Dbol to the first weeks of the cycle. I'm not sure I want to get any crazier than Dbol in this next cycle though, but if someone has a recommendation for something else or in addition to what I'm planning, fire away.


Cycle -
- Week 1 to 12: Testosterone Cypionate 250mg every 3.5 days (500mg/week total)*
- Week 1 to 4: Dianabol 30mg every day. Split 30mg to 3-4 times throughout the day (Half-life of 4-6 hours)
- Week 1 to 12: hCG 250iu every 3.5 days (500 iu/week total)
- Week 1 to 14: Arimidex 0.25mg every other day (From day 2 up until PCT starts)
- Week 1 to 18: N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) 600 mg daily


PCT (Start 18 days after last Test Cyp injection) -
CLMD - 75/50/50/50mg daily
NLVA - 40/20/20/20mg daily

*I'm going with Test Cyp this time around because I've heard it may make you retain water a little less than Test E since I understand Dbol will make me retain water like crazy. Is Test Cyp better for avoiding water retention than Test E?
