HCG pin days

My doc just started me on HCG this week at 25mgx3 per week. I have been on test cyp for 6 weeks now at 180mg per week. They told me to pin the HCG on days 2,5,6. I guess I misunderstood what they meant because I counted my Test day as day 1(which is Thursday). So I pinned on Saturday and today so far. Now I realize they count the Test day as day 7, meaning I pinned HCG a day early and should have waited to pin tomorrow. Is this a big deal? Should I just pin on Wednesday and skip tomorrow altogether or pin tomorrow as well? Thanks.

How is your hCG packaged? I've never heard of it being supplied in milligrams before.

It came in a powder form with a bottle of solution to inject into it. I injected 5ml into and mixed/refridgerated it. I fill it up to the 25 line on the syringe which I believe is 25mg. Not 100% sure because both vials say units, not mg.

Gotcha. HCG is measured in IUs (international units).

Sounds like you've probably got it mixed to a 1,000IU/ml concentration, which would make your dose 250IU per injection.

read the label of the hcg and it will tell you how many iu's are inside the vial. then divide that number by 5ml to get the iu per ml ratio. it sounds like they want you to inject 250iu 3x/wk.

you can just inject the hcg in the same syringe as your testosterone to simplify.

I actually use the smaller 28g needles for the HCG since its just sub q.

You can inject Hcg IM or Subq, doesn't matter. You can also use an even smaller 31g insulin syringe for Hcg and Testosterone to inject Subcutaneously.

Alright. I just bought the 28g needles from my doc office. sell them in bulk. And the T comes pre filled. Think its 21g.

Nothing to worry about I forget once in awhile or Im not home and I adjust as necessary, you wont notice a difference just get in a set routine and stick to it as close as possible. I even took my test shot a day late this week for personal reasons and it made 0% noticeable difference to me

Just pick two or three days a week & stick to it IMO. I do Tues & Thurs @ 250 ius each. No need to over-complicate your protocol...
