Im on my second dose of .5 adex liquid eod. I started it mid cycle when my estrogen spiked . I now know in the future to run all the way through. The day after my first dose my libido came back and I started feeling great. Had the best workout of the whole cycle. seems like im still fluctuating though and not sure if its becuase of the eod thing. Should I have ran it every day for the first week until I felt stable then went to .25 eod or .5 eod?

Most guys start out at .25 mgs eod on a 500 mg weekly dose of tes and monitor sides from there.

what im asking is by taking it everyday will the levels be more stable? if so should i try .25 a day or .5. or stick to eod and wait it out.

Half life of Adex is 50 hours so you can take it eod and be fine.
