You'll lose a fraction of your ciculating test (and a bunch of other stuff) with each donation. So yeah, it could potentially affect T levels, libido, etc if done frequently.
If you want a rough estimate, divide the amount they take in ml by 3000 (roughly the volume of blood plasma you have).
There's a reason why most plasma banks are mostly frequented by broke students and hobos.
