Started my cycle 4 weeks ago. For the last 2 weeks I've been experiencing insane water retention. My ankles look like 1 liter coke bottles! It's so bad I have to elevate my feet for the greater part of the day. Not even my pregnancies made me swell so bad. My diet is uber clean, with a cheat day/meal once every 2-3 weeks. What am I doing wrong?
I have noticed gains in the last 2 weeks...-2% body fat, +2.4lbs of muscle, water +5lbs! (is this about avg?)
I started my cycle with 5mg (half tablet) for a week then increased to 10mg (full tablet in the am)
If anyone has any advise for me please share.
This is my first cycle ever and I don't want to punk out. Maybe all I need is a "suck it up, buttercup!" LOL
