    2015 Resolutions / Goals

    What are you hoping to accomplish or achieve in 2015?

    Are you hoping to reach a certain size or weight if you're lifting for size? Are you hoping to make a new PR if you're lifting for a strength sport?

    Any job related goals? Academic? Relationship?

    I'm going to try to balance strength training, mat time (for bjj), and some HIIT cardio. I always have a hard time with balancing time doing all of the necessary aspects of competing in jiu jitsu.

    It's been years now since my last test cycle too. May kick off the new year with a short winter bulk cycle.

    My goal for this year is the same as last year and make 2015 an injury free year.

    Drink a lot less. Eat a lot more.

    As far as actual goals, I'd love to be 210lbs/12% by October (my birthday). That would be +20lbs and -5%.

    I'd take one or the other

    Well I already reached my goal weight 201 around 15%bf. Doing a quick 4 week cut then another bulk till spring then a spring cut through summer hopefully stay around the 190's and closer to 12% bf. As far as other goals, trying to get a job with the school district, which will happen in a couple weeks.

    No crazy health or injuries and enjoy as much time with kids cause them like bastards are growing up fast and soon enough dad won't be cool anymore

    Aside from getting bigger and stronger, my new year's resolution is to power-play my boss in to giving me more money or getting more money from a competitor.

    My other resolution is to go on a nice vacation this year. Usually, I've been just cashing in my days off instead of using them. I think this year is prime for a change.

    This year I want to get a 6 pack in time for my 60th birthday towards the end of February. I'd like to do a quick New Year stack beforehand as I haven't done one for over 2 years. If I look ok I might even post some piccies on here!

    Im all for the vacation idea, more money sounds good also.

    I think another goal is to spend a couple weeks in the Philippines next year. Its been a few years since I have gone.

    I want my shirts to look uncomfortably tight, or 260@10% by the end of June will do. Stay healthy and injury free while upping my strength. I want to bench 405 before the year is out, might take longer, but if I can stay injury free I might stand a chance. I would like to find a Doctor to put me on trt and manage it properly.

    I'll be turning 41 next March. I've been thinking about testing to see if I can go on TRT. It'd be a lot simpler than worrying about clean sources.

    Sounds like a lot of specific size/ strength goals on here. Good to see.

    get a new hip (scheduled for 1/15) and get my lower body back in shape (to race motorcycles).

    and, of course... stay lean, add mass, and improve flexibility (see above).

    Ummmm a few weeks back I changed my Avi for a day or 2. That was the beginning pic. LoL

    Started my cut on Monday...no need to wait till the first. Had a great first 2 days hitting 1000 cal with macro split of 55/20/25 p/c/f. Keeping carbs low is key for me. I have slowly been gaining unwanted fat in the last 10 mo. Some is muscle as been lifting more this year,having extracted myself from "group exercise class" bc newer gym only has max 10 lb db for the ladies. Since I started lifting in the gym proper, I can't turn back and am kicking myself for wasting so much time in group fitness classes. I have targeted a bigger booty and I have seen more on backside since I added hip thrusts to the squats.

    Goal is 13-16% bf. It will take some hard work. Planning a few cycles. Var cycle. Then primo alone. then both stacked. Probably start with T3 and clen and throw in some phen and appetite suppressants along the journey. I would add HGH if can figure out how to get it thru.

    I may post pics. The closest I've gotten was 18%. I have that pic but alittle too provocative for open forum. I wished I had run a cycle at that point. But I had to dip my toes in the AAS water first

    I got a job with the city that I live in 2 years ago doing Public Works. It's been the best job I've had (security and benefits) to date. I'm very fortunate and wish you luck.

    I've got some issues that I'm working through also. Never had problems so far with real gear. Used a prohormone a while back and now I've got moobs.

    This is the worst I have ever had, the lumps are big and uncomfortable. Should be under control soon, must be from the prop being fast acting with under dosed ai. Thank god it is winter and I don't have to walk around with no shirt on.

    I'm going to finish out the rest of the certifications I need in for ISSA so I can get master trainer certified. I want to complete the first year of my degree. I want to bump back up to about 210 and then run my first cycle to get to somewhere between 220 and 225 at 12-14% BF. I'm working on starting a business so I have some goals for that as well and as always trying to get the next promotion.
