    i think im doing it wrong

    Ok, so lets start with the basics.

    Im 5,8 feet
    202 pounds
    24 years
    Bodyfat around 14-15%

    And now to the nutrients:
    on a daily basis i get:

    2800 kcal
    78g fats
    280g carbs
    245g protein (i think it might be too low)

    And my workout routine is following:
    Monday - BB + 100 kcal cardio
    Tuesday - BB + 100 kcal cardio
    Wensday - BB + 100 kcal cardio
    Thursday - 350 kcal cardio (restday)
    Friday - BB + 100 kcal cardio
    Saturday - BB + 100 kcal cardio
    Sunday - Squat / Bench / DL + 250 kcal cardio (FB powerlifting)

    And as for the juice:

    500 mg test EW
    50 mg winstrol ED
    and going to add 50 mcg T3 ed


    I was thinking about changing the following:

    Changing the cardio from 100 kcal ED to 150 Kcal

    and changing my macros from:


    2800 kcal ----> ???
    78g fats ---> 78G
    280g carbs ---> 175G
    245g protein --> 300G


    And mabey lowering the test to 250 mg EW


    Any inputs here ?

    Your goal is to cut?

    Cycle history?

    Why would you consider lowering your test?

    What happens to your weight/composition when you eat 2800cals at those macro's for an extended period of time?

    Oh, sorry, forgot to say i was trying to cut :P

    Ok, for cycle history, i been on 3 cycles before.

    1.
    250 mg test e EW 1-10

    2.
    500 mg test e EW 1-10

    3.
    200 mg test E EW 1-10
    400 mg tren E EW 1-10

    What has happend so far..
    Hmm, its hard to say atm. but i lost around 2lb, but i really look like shit, and feel like shit.
    I look a lot more bloated and "flat" instead of that hard look i was going for.
    Ive been on my diet for 4 weeks now.

    The reason for lowering my test is that i thought 250 mg EW might be good enough for anti muscle wasting during cut, or do you think i might be too low ?

    A little surprised you haven't gone for tren again if you were cutting?

    Using Letro 1.25 mg E2.5D (i am very estrogen sensitive, my first 2 cycles ****ed up when using Adex + nolva, estro went trough the roof anyways)

    no HCG is being used before im going on pct.

    I cant get my hands on Tren anymore, i live i denmark, so steroids are shithard to come by here.
    So i got 20 ml tren E that im saving for summer

    What about the T3 ?

    I used it once before 2 years ago, had great results, but where doing a lot of coke and shit too, so now when im clean it's stupid hard to not eat, so im not sure if the T3 where worth anything or it was my abuse who made the job..

    By the way, i'm sorry for my sluggish english, since it's not my native language i know it might be a lot flawed.

    T3 won't hurt and you can consider upping it if you like but I think the addition of extra cardio will help more.

    I'm assuming you are using test e at which point it is just about to start to work if you are 4 weeks into your cycle too. Consider upping your protein to 275g and dropping your carbs to around 220g. Do 30 mins post lifting cardio 4 times per week and see how you go.

    Funny, in denmark we do things in a complete diffrent way as far as i can see from the hcg protocols.
    Anyways i would stick with my plan so far since im not familiar with HCG as MCT and my bodyresponse.

    But i would consider it strongly for my next cycle.

    Im running Sustanon 250, so it should be kicking nice af smooth at this time and increasing in strength.

    But you would say 175 carbs is too low ?

    I will surely try out the 30 post workout cardio, and for the T3, i got like 10 boxes of t3, so might aswell use it.
    But if you say the cardio would do more, then i belive you.

    You should run your HCG now not wait.

    Is 175g too low? Not necassarily but if you start out too low you then have nowhere to go and you start eating too little. I'd rather eat more and do a little more cardio, it has greater benefits.

    ok, i will start doing hcg at 250 ui 2x weekly.

    So i should stay around 220 carbs ?

    Milo Sarcev is recomending 300g protein, would that be a waste for me ?
