    Lightbulb Oh the confusion

    Hi all,

    Needing advice on running my first cycle. Have had various advice on what to run and it's become confusing as hell.

    My stats are
    Age: 31
    Height: 5,11'
    Weight 83kgs / 182lb
    Have been training for 3 years.
    Had a 3 month break due to rotor cuff and tendon strain recently.
    Eating extremely clean and have a great supplement stack.
    Training 6 days a week.

    Have the following;
    10ml Tren-E
    10ml Test-E
    10ml Sust
    10ml Decca
    x20 Clomid tabs - 25mg

    Getting
    x100 dbol - 10mg

    What should i start with first, given I'm coming back from injuries?
    Have been told to run a Sust,Dbol cycle first, then move into a test-e,decca cycle then another cycle with
    tren-e,decca,dbol.

    Is is ok to run cycle after cycle?
    How much PCT will i need for one cycle, dosage and how often?

    Well you have a lot of gear you need to store away in a nice, safe, dark place for a few years. Your first cycle should be Test only.

    Ussing aas, doing a cycle to try to help recover from an injury is not advised. You will increase your chance of re injuring yourself probably 10x. You can find 100s of post where people have done just that. You feel stronger and think you can lift more only to do more harm than good.

    No, running cycle after cycle is not doing a cycle and you will crash, feel like crap, go into depression. You need to take a break between every cycle. Time on = time off meaning if you do a 12 week cycle then 4 week PCT you have to take at least 18 weeks off. 12 weeks + 2 weeks before PCT and 4 weeks PCT. It's always best to get blood work done before doing a cycle, mid cycle and 6 weeks after your PCT to make sure your levels are back to normal.

    Go ahead and ditch the highlighted cycle, IMO. Start with the link lovbyts posted and then if you have additional questions post them up.
