I found for 20 bucks a 5 pound can of Ezekiel bread mix. Has anybody made their own before? If so how many loaves would 5 pounds of mix make?

I'm super curious about it to. If 5lbs of mix could make 3 of 4 loaves it would save a ton of money.

Hahaha well right now I have to drive far as hell to get it but it's almost 10 bucks a loaf so it's not even worth it. I haven't bought it for quite some time.
