Hello everyone. First ever post on a forum so please bear with me. Currently 6 weeks into a 14 week cycle, and Iam not really sure if I should be trying to bulk or cut as my body fat is around the 20% mark. I want to bulk up, but don't want to get any fatter! Should I wait for my cycle to finish before cutting? Or should I concentrate on getting my BF% down first? Thanks in advance.
