    need help with carb cycling asap

    Alright guys so my carb cycle is Sunday high Monday Tues wed medium and Thurs Fri sat none. Today's sat and my buddies brought me my favourite dinner fajitas to my place. I estimate 150 to 200g carbs. What do you guys recommend doing tomorrow, Sunday to make up for it? Please reply ASAP.

    to be fair mate, without knowing a bit about you its not a straight forward answer.......what level physique you have and or your goals would determine what to do.........keeping it simple if you are lean and happy then dont sweat it! and carry on as normal.........if you are not lean and not happy physique wise then have a low carb day. Also have a read of this below....may help on setting up your low,med and high carb days better.

    Alright cool and thanks. I'm lean ish. Also, I know I should've given more info in the op. I'm following gbrices carb cycling plan and following the macros almost the exact same, as his example given was very close to my body.
