Hey Guys, So ill start off by saying I have zero experience with PH or gear , Ive googled around and tried to self educate myself but I have read many different views on PCTs, Dosage, etc. Im 6’2 around 230 and roughly around 15% bf. Ive been told not to go down this route but i guess id like more then what I’ve been getting. I eat pretty spot on, train 6 times a week pretty hard but i just can’t seem to get where i would like to be. If anyone has any recommendations on how i should proceed id love some advice.
