    Cialis hearburn

Any of you guys get bad heartburn from Cialis? I am taking 6mg of arr cialis a day and the heartburn is almost unbearable. Tums help but I dont think its good to take those everyday. Anyone find a way to remedy this?

Yes. Crazy, I've used it for YEARS and only recently started getting heartburn from it. And yes, it's been super aggressive. I use zantac which works through the day, but the suppression fades away at night and it wakes me up. Might have to go back to my expensive pills.........

Tums have the possibility of built up calcium. ..which can cause stones. Which is why I have had a few stones.

Cialis hasn't really given me the heart burn as much as others. But I eat probably 6 tums a day. Minimum

Im going to try lowing my dose to 3mg and see if I can balance the daily use benefits of cialis with the side affects. Could this heartburn I am getting be doing any damage if I let it continue?

Yes it gives me acid build up and that causes me unbearable and long lasting hic ups with every meal no matter how small.

    Omeprozole helps a little

Omeprezole or any proton pump inhibitor should take care of it. But if you continue to experience heartburn, see your doctor. It can progress to GERD or even Barrett's. Last thing you want is an EGD Bc you have bleeding ulcers in your esophagus or stomach

Always get heartburn from cialis, doesnt matter which brand, pharma is the same. 5mgs gives me same as 10mgs, and yes it is a really strong heartburn.
I know that if I want to take cialis i need to take ranitidine (zantac), 75mgs every 12 hours fix the heartburn for me.
