No disrespect to your coach, however i hate when people assume because they are being trained by a pro or semi-pro or top level national competitor that they are in good hands...i do not know your coach from Adam and perhaps he is brilliant, however level of accomplishment in the bodybuilding world in no way is representative of the level of knowledge one holds so of the greatest mind in this sport have never competed or did very poor during competition...most of the guys on the top are so genetically gifted that they would grow on 200mg of test yet they rely on grams of gear...Look at Ameen Alai does he look anything like a body builder, NO, yet he has some great ideas on BBing and is relitevely **********, same with past Dan Duchaine...if it wasnt for Dan we would likely still be using 10mg of dbol per day...LOL...

Agreed. How many great bodybuilders have you seen become great prep coaches? I'm sure they're out there but anyone that's honest would really have to struggle to think of many.

This is very true, but I didn't go to someone who I just looked up; I have watched him train other people and prep them for all there comps with great results , I look for what they have actually done before committing to someone .

Semi pro, lol! Bodybuilders wish so badly that they were legitimately athletes I guess this is a phrase that's going to be used now. In my opinion, a pro is barley a pro unless he's making a full time living off of bodybuilding, and that's only a handful. That stupid IFBB card doesn't mean shit anymore. There are non-IFBB card guys that I consider more pro than the card guy.
