    Low T at 26.

So I had my bloods drawn so I had levels to compare to after I go through chemotherapy. Turns out I'm low as shit 26 y.o only 304 ng/ml, never cycled.

I'm starting to feel lethargic and am somewhat moody. Besides tribulus any other natural things that I can take to help boost test?

How's the diet, sleep, stress going?

There may be problems related to the 3 thats causing the low T.

^^^ These... And your Thyroid w/TSH? As hypothyroidism causes hypogonadism! Prolactin & Cortisol wouldn't hurt...

I've had BW done in the past and my PCP didn't do free T, only total T. Is this a complete list for BW? I'm having it done again next week. Thanks

Any thought on this quote about IGF-1? Is this something you have tested after a cycle? Or, when struggling with HRT? I'm still curious about the findings or importance?

"Please don’t waste your $ getting IGF1 level tests! The levels naturally drop as we get older the same as testosterone, estrogen and thyroid levels. I have been replacing those 3 with bio-identical hormones for 15 years because my body screamed without them, (The testosterone relacement for women is a miniscule dose compared to men.) Men go into andropause as women go through menopause, not fun. And no one should be concerned with even a 30 point change when your IGF levels are less than the youthful levels anyway. 100? Not to worry, it will keep diving.
There is a different mindset in the US with the theory that we age because our hormone factory shuts down. And we have seen 75-80 year olds with rockbottom IGF levels blosson with HGH injections. Not high doses here, really small ones. Not the crazy bodybuilder levels for sure."

I was merely listing it... As I stated it came w/my hormone panel... I wouldn't advise someone to add it just to add, but in my case it was necessary as HGH is something I have looked into!

I do agree w/the above statement by Mortarpdx thst its not necessary unless your gonna be gettin a script for HGH or a GHRH/GHRP(sermorelin) RX...

I had gotten it done b/c of the TRT/HGH combo therapy... You are correct that it doesn't need to be checked... I do agree.

In my case if my IGF-1 levels were high enough I would be able to benefit from a GHRP instead of HGH...

Thx for explaining your part... As I never had to test my IGF-1 after... until I start the combo treatment and then get it... So I wouldn't know either...

I decided I want to get my bloodwork done and requested a quote from a lab in South Africa.

The lady said I must specify the metabolic tests I want done... Here is her email...

    Good afternoon

Please find quote attached. I have excluded the Metabolic Profile as you need to specify, is it a Metabolic assessment you need to test for, also do you have a doctors referral, as your GP/Physician would have to interpret results.....

What metabolic profile/panel is it and is it important to check it out as well? I am more concerned about the hormone levels for test etc...

It's called a CMP(Complete Metabolic Panel) as it covers
    Glucose, serum/BUN/Creatine serum/eGFR(non-African Am & if African Am how my blood work specifies)/BUN & Creatine ratio/sodium serum/Potassium serum/Chloride serum/CO2 total/Calcium serum/protein total & serum/Albumin serum/Globulin, total/A G ratio/Bilirubin, total/Alkalin Phosphate S/AST(SGOT/& ALT(SGPT)! Very important and they will indeed ask for it... That's everything on my labs(LabCorp)
