    book with macro values

Does anyone know of a book that has macro values in it for steak, chicken, types of rice and bread ect ?

It would just be really convenient having a book with all the values in it rather then googling every item to get variable and unreliable information

Why? It has everything you can ask for in a calorie/macro tracking app? If not, just read the packaging

Steak, chicken, mince, turky, fish ... (any kind of meat) bananas,apples,mangos... (any kind of fruit) if your buying bread from the bakery ect... so on and so on. There are no macros on the packet brah.
Im fine tracking calories, i just think it would be mad convenient if there was a little book with values in it thats all

The individual macronutrients and micronutrients are listed in just about every food you can either spell correctly or scan the barcode of are included in the free app, doesn't get much more convenient than that.

Dude i have to completely disagree, if u type in for example "rump steak" there are all different values. None of it is accurate

What makes you think one single book would have the correct macro values then?

Published by nutritionists or some shit i dunno. I could ask you the complete opposite question. If u prep your meals and count your macros you dont even need the stupid ass app. I used to use it a couple years back but logging every meals is ****ing stupid and also tedious i might add. Why log it when u can just prep your meals for the day/week.

So do that, personally i find eating the same crap made a week ago for every meal a lot more tedious than scanning a barcode or looking up a food.
