this is me now after 4 weeks of 100mg ed of test prop and 500mg enanthate wk:
before i hit this cycle i was at 183lbs 5'10" approx 14 16% BF
bi 15"
forearm 13"
quads 23"
now: 202 lbs +16% BF
bi 16.25
forearm 14.5
quads 25
i tough ill be a hard gainer all life long but since last summer i completely change my diet and finally got result. also big changes in training routine.
raising cal intake to 6000 and prot to 300g

for legs pics i will try to get some soon but calf are ridiculously small, i got a congenital diseace from my knee down to my feet a when i was young i use get caster for almost 2 years so it have slow my muscle developpement:
calf : 14.5 i can barely lift my weight more than 15x time

You definatly bulked..man those traps are awesome..keep it up..Are you happy with what you've gained? Bulk...and then cut when you done your cycle..I would research the diet sec. on this board on how to cut..it is really helping me!!

my tendons are struggling to keep up with my strenght gainsi dont max anymore for that reason.
thats why its important to have a good base and a couple years of training before juicing bcause you can seriously kill your body with the sudden strength gains.

You've definately come a looooong way man. Lots of work but, obviously paid off. As for your tend and lig issues. That is a very big issue with rapid gain cycles.
Might I ask? What do you do for recovery time, Actually what I mean is, what is your training schedule? Also how long is your avg cycle and how often per year do you juice?
I might be able to help you out with your tends and ligs a bit if you give me some of the info.
