Pct advice

Hello guys I finished my first cycle and now am freaked out about pct and the side effects of steroids in the first place I totally have my mind made up never to touch them again I have clomid and nolvadex at my house but am afraid to take them and don't really know doseages , my question is I finshed my last shot around 3 weeks ago should I go to my doctor and see why he says before I start my pct I live in Canada and I'm 21 I took sust 500 and dbol
