So I'm developing some gyno issues on deca causing sore nipples. My cycle is 1000mg test e and 600mg deca a week. I'm on Adex usually at .25 eod but upped it to .5 ed for 5 days with no relief. I don't usually need much and didn't on the last cycle like this. I try to stay away from having to use prami because I can't sleep on it. My question is what would you use for this issue, prami, aromasin, or letro? I have all 3 but questioning which to use.

If it's the deca then you need caber to combat it. If your adex is good then .5 mg ed should be enough

If your dialed in on your a-dex than stay w/it... Is it pharma(all of them... Or ar-r)?

How far in are you? Have you pulled any BW? This will tell you if you need a DA(Prami/it caber)... If Prami makes you not sleep than get some caber if possible - but Prami has a better affect on the D3 receptor...

You can switch to aromasin as well but letro is harsh... I'd suggest BW to take all guessing out... But it could most definitely be high prolactin related symptoms!

Its ar-r liquidex and prami and UGL letro and aromasin. It isn't getting any better. Feels better for about half a day then right back. Starting my 6th week on cycle tomorrow. Blood work was going to be done on week 6. I actually tried nolva too but read it won't help on deca/tren cycles so i stopped. I may just have to try prami because it's on hand. Hard to find caber.

I'm currently running prop/NPP so I have Prami on hand(as my pre cycle prolac was 4.1----(4.0-15.2 range)... But will re-evaluate at wk 6... But just titrate your dose(does it make you nauseous too)? I've been lucky when having to use as it hasnt bothered me...I had a hard time getting Caber as well b4 on several occasions... But I would stay w/your ar-r supplies over UGL ancilleries, IMO.

I know a few members who do use letro for gyno as well... Maybe they'll chime in... But UGL letro? I would go w/ar-r for all your "research purposes"

Will do brother thanks. I just feel pramis my only other option right now. I feel rough on it if I take it during the day like a sick feeling and toss and turn at night when taken before bed. Rather deal with that though than this.

What blood panel do you get? I'm heading to privatemd labs this coming week.

I noticed that "The Hormone Panel for Males" is pretty cheap and covers CBC, CMP, PSA, THYROID, Lipids, TT, FT, Estrdodial sensitive, but would have to add prolac or if cheaper you can add them separately(like TT/FT/E2Prolac etc)

I'm trying to find the one I took last time but it was similar to the male hormone panel. It was somewhere in that price range. Do you just get a full panel from your local dr when you go?

Nope.... I don't go thru my dr but if something was wrong than I would go see a specialist(depending on the problem - if I know I can't fix it)... Plus if your dr finds out and puts that(steroids) in your record then you could have problems w/Ins covering things...

This may not be what you want to hear but here it is. I was running a similar cycle not to long ago. Running arr liquidex as well. I started getting gyno symptoms and started upping the dex. I got up to 3mg a day and it wasn't doing anything. Switched to a different brand and switched to aromasin. Ran 25mg Ed for a week and nipples slowly went down and stayed that way. Contacted rui/arr. All they told me was " there have been no complaints from researchers about the liquidex" Needless to say I switched sources.

I know Jimmyinkedup wrote thT stickie Exemestane the underdosed AI... Great read... And if I'm not mistaken Both Aus and him say it's more effective to run Stane on a test/19nor cycle.... So it does make sense... And s lot harder to crash your E2(compared to dex and letro)

Yeah I would never hint anything like that to my dr. They suspected and accused me saying they couldn't see how someone with my size could have that Low of Test. And basically wouldn't help me. But would they help a smoker, drinker, drug addict...etc? They def rubbed me the wrong way and it was a dr I've know for years.

I take all advice buddy good or bad as long as it's productive advice. I've had sore nips before but usually the adex would hold it down but not this time. I'm going to try this prami for a few days and bump my adex back down to .5eod and see of that helps and if I can get any sleep. It just sucks being on it. I've also read about aromasin helping and doing a run of letro will knock it out completely but as a last resort.

Personally I would cut back on the gear a bit. Try running 800 or less test and 400 deca. Remember it's true more is not better and even if it worked last time this time is different. Just my .02

^^^I'm probably fixing to drop the deca anyway. Just wanted a quick bulk to get my size back. Going to spend the next 6 weeks cutting back down. Started prami last night at .25, took it again tonight at .35. Nothing really yet to brag about. Felt a little spurt in my labido today though. Could be anything though.

By the way it's not really my nipples itself that are the issue but the slight gynomastia I've had since puberty that is hurting on the outer sides of my nipple areas. My nipples are a little bigger than the average male due to it. Nothing crazy or super noticeable but I notice.

Anyway hopefully the prami handles the situation. I've heard of prami/letro runs for this issue but I've always heard use letro as a last resort.

Check out these links. One was posted just today and it has some good/interesting information in it. The other is from Austinite and also a very good read.

Good plan on cutting back because the higher mg you run the higher chance of sides.

    ^^^ good read.

Dropped deca, jumped on letro tapered up to 2.5 in a week and felt a lot betters So I tapered back down the next week to .5 then skipped a day and did .5 again. Next day I took .5mg adex and a day later my nipples are sore again. Wtf!
I should have done a week of 2.5 and tapered off I guess.

Should I jump back on letro and do it again or continue running adex at .5 ed until it controls it and hope it's just estro rebound? I don't want to drop the cycle completely but it sucks to be on letro while on.

Yes it shrunk the knots under my nipple, stopped the pain and killed my sex drive. Granted I have pubertal gynecomasti so there's only so much it can do for me and when I thought I was good I tapered off. No pain until I skipped that day of letro and replaced it with adex.

Man, the a-dex ain't doin it's job... . I'm wondering since we're fussing here if it's high prolactin as well relating to this.... I say b/c your Estro seems outta whack(whether it's low if higher) that's what I'm getting outta it unless of course your still takin the Prami.... But again w/out BW it's just a guess! BW would solve this...

I've been on .5ml prami ed since I started letro. And was going to continue and drop it to eod with my adex. They are both ar-r products. I can tell the prami was working atleast somewhat because I had some of the sides until I got used to it.

Not trying to fuss with ya brother. I know I'm procrastinating on the blood work. I'm in a rule area and closest place is 30 mins away. Noting is more important than my health though so I've got to make time this week.

My bad brother, I meant to say guessing not fussing... Ha my bad...

Well If you've been taking the Prami I would think its not prolac related anymore(w/the dose you were taking above)...

If you dropped the Deca totally watch for low prolac... Yeah it's best for you and your health(I won't preach... you know

    Best of luck!

Well it's obviously pissed off right now and puffy again but yes I've had fairly large, sensitive, nipples with lumps since puberty. Nothing crazy noticeable but I was somewhat self conscious about it growing up.

Understandable... I know if I can see/tell of something on me I too get self conciouis(working on that though) it's rough!

I think maybe try PCTing... After clearing of course(but continue them up to PCT) just a thought...

Yeah it is. We are all hard on ourselves. Our biggest critics.

I've already planned to get the surgery after the summer. Just trying to keep them contained until then haha.

I'm going to give letro a shot off cycle too to see if I can shrink them enough to live with.
