    Herniated disk/sciatic nerve issue

Last year I herniated my l4/l5 and it was crushing my sciatic nerve.
After months of laser treatment, stretching and relaxing and miss work, its slowly coming back again

Is tb500 something that could help this? I am at my wits end with this injury, especially the sciatic nerve end of it. I am open to any helpful ideas!!!!

As another guy that has made a pretty good recovery from a crushes l5s1 disc i been looking in to tb500 as well. Haven't taken the plunge yet. Make sure you are tailoring your training to avoid anything that compresses your spine

    I have/had herniated c5 c6 in neck.
I went thru physical therapy and shots and crap.
I took the tb500 plunge 8 mns ago and I can't say for sure but I am feeling back to 95% and full on at gym last few months.
I ran 5mg a week for 12 weeks then went to 2.5 now a week.
Again I have no idea if it was therapy- shot (with I think did nothing) or tb500 or just healing but for few dollars a day it was worth it

I have sciatic problems as well. TB 500 will reduce inflammation, which can lead to healing if there is proper rest and rehabilitation. It will not heal anything for you, so to speak. Its not going to generate tissue and magically make it better. Look into BPC 157 as well. A disc issue, if heriated, is something you are going to have to tailor your training around. Build up you lower back while keeping from compressing the area. Planks are amazing for this.

Ive had 2 back surgeries. Herniated L3/L4 1986 and surgery 2005. Ruptured L5/S1 2007 surgery 3 weeks later.

Lots of experience with sciatic nerve issues. Ice, Ice, Ice. 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off 3x in a row at least 3x a day. If you dont do it consistently it wont work. Also prednisone works very well but only if the ice doesnt.

TB500 is also good but more of a long term to help repair and not immediate relief.
