Thread: Bulk help

    Hey guys, 6 weeks deep on the diet, 3 on the test e/Hcg/arimadex cycle. Bulking nicely everywhere. Belly is probably the fastest to gain.... Lol? Not really.

    Meal 1: 5 egg whites 2 yolks scrambled (optional fat free cheese) 1-cup oatmeal 2 slices turkey bacon veggie greens shake + fish oils
    Meal 2: 1 scoop of whey + 15 almonds
    Meal 3: 6oz chicken breast 5oz Yams 8 asparagus spears
    Meal 4: ¾ cup brown pasta preferably Bolognese sauce, Parmesan cheese 6oz lean ground beef ½ cup of veggies thrown into the meat sauce
    Meal 5: Post Workout Shake 2 scoops of whey, 60g oats, banana, 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter, all blended
    Meal 6: 6oz chicken breasts 1 cup brown rice 1 cup of broccoli

    Thinking of switching the pasta for rice. I love the pasta meal though, keeps my carb craving down. Can I get a little input please? Thanks!
