Seem to be putting on size, obbiously water.
98.9 Kgs today. No major strenghth gains yet still not expecting for another week or 2.
Starting to sleep a little bit better and metabolism is thriving, feeling more hungry than usual!
Need to really start focusing on diet.
Still running clen at 100mcg for another week till i start my 2 weeks off in which my gear will be nearly hitting me!
Definately feeling a lit more lethargic during the day but this i believe is just my body adapting to the changes!
I have legs tomorrow along with instructing a HIIT class for half an hour. Plus other physical activities during the day due to libido increase :P
