im 18 ive been lifting for a year now went from 110 to 132 ectomorph as you can see, ive kind of hit a wall in gaining weight recently i know its not my genetic limit just wondering what yall think i should do diet wise like what types of foods to eat and all that i dont really know my body fat % im thinking somewhere around 7-8% still learning a lot when it comes to this stuff so just hit me with it haha![]()
