do I take an AI during pct?

I was told to just use Clomid and nolva on here but after reading the pct section stickies it says to take an AI?.. they are old stickies so maybe timss have changed? What is the general consensus towards this?

Yes they are outdated. They will be updated at some point and yes just nolva and clomid in you pct.

^^^^ yep, great advice above! AI up to pct - only SERMs(clo-Nolva) in pct

Ai should be stopped upon starting PCT and should not be used during PCT

I agree, I regret it and didn't know exactly what I was getting into now I'm just trying to pct and keep away from it I just wanna get back to normal
