low test in the mid of the cycle !?

Hi guys
so again am running test e only cycle and am at week 9 to 12. My cycle looks like:
500 mg test E a week
HCG 500 I/U a week
adex 0.5 mg EOD

so at week 9 I put on 22 pounds, bf is a little bit higher but not excessive ( still have upper abs). I am definitively much bigger and I was really happy about how things were going on. I have got during this cycle some side effects like oily skin, gyno signs, my nipples have been swollen and very sensible and I was bloating 2 weeks ago and I had to increase adex and take nolva ( am still on nolva actually).

A week ago I had my bloods work done am waiting for my results but I have been told already that my test level is 20.9 nmol/L thing like 602.3 ng/dl . (Less then it was before I started actually).

Now the first thing I thought was that my gear is fake but fore some reason I think is not. Because am not really expert in these stuff can u please guys tell me what do u think about that? am so disappointed
(Ps: i have been on nolva for two weeks or so)
if you got any question just ask and btw i have had good reviews about the gear.
Is quite important to me to understand what is going on and what should I do at this point..

Agree with the broad. Hell, most TRT'ers on 100 mgs per week are over your current level.

ok ok so let s think that gear is bunk (I had good reviews from different users about it anyway).
how can I come out from this cycle? What about the PCT?

500mg a week and lower than before? Theres no way it can be real

Or it could have been so underdosed that you are onley getting 30_50mg if i wer you i would throw it in the garbage and get some real test asap or start PCT

am gonna start pct i had enough for now actually.. do I still need to wait 14 days since my last jab ?

Even if your test e is under does it still suppress your natural production, still need a PCT bro. Also should stay on HCG before u start PCT.
Just do a proper PCT take good amount of time off and start again with some real test
