hey fellas, a little bit about myself. i'm 29 yo, 6'2 and around 200lbs.. ive been lifting weights for around 5 years on and off, highest weight i was on 230lbs. last few month was a bit hard for me so I lost some weight, but finally i got a better job (cctv security) so i can have a normal routine, eat anytime i want and train always on the same days. I did two cycles 1 year ago, was 500 test e/12 weeks and test e and deca(500/400) for 10 weeks. sadly i couldnt manage to save my gains because of too much stress in life, not looking for excuses now, just want to go back on track. next month i'm planning to start a new cycle, definitely for mass. what would be your suggestions? i was thinking about 12 weeks cycle of 750g test e, 500 deca and 50mg dbol ed(6 weeks), bumb up my calories, eat, train, sleep and grow... any help appreciated!
