so i got lumps under each nip left side small right a little bigger. they get swollin and painfull in the past from some steroids. so on the right side theres the limp then toawrds the side towards the arm pit theres like a squishy mass jelly like i can rock around with my finger tips what is that? can i get rid of it? and ive ben really looking at it in mirror not to noticing but pics and videos i can see it a little droopie compared to other side. this is reall bothering me And takeing away from my goals feel like it will always look like shit. im cutting now and think it may be even more noticinle. anybody have the squishy mass though gyno was just lumps under nip.

3 years ago or so had post cycle gyno nips where hurting dident know much about it at the time estrogen and what not. had a few flair ups in the last couple years. right now just on 250test a weeks cutting. i feel the squeeshy stuff on side of nipple what is that??

Are you at least taking a SERM(nolvadex) or imo get some RALOX for that it doesn't sound good, but ralox would be your best bet for any kind of reversal

First wk dose it 120mgs that wk then after 60mgs till it goes away(or gets as good as it'll get) it takes a while(months so don't stop taking it)

Two things ....body fat is body fat and gyno is gyno. Diet doesn't get rid of gyno, only fat and yes chest fat seems to be the last to go. You can either go on a nov or ralox protocol and see how it works....of it's a flare up your chances are fantastic. If it's older.......def worth a try.

i have plenty of nolva will my chest go back to actually looking normal. can you see it as well as i can? does it stand out big time to me it does

I don't think it's bad and I am a guy who has had many flare ups and actually gain fat int chest and love handles when I do get fat so I hear ya as far as being self conscience. Try the nov 40 mgs for 7 days then stay at 20 mgs until it disappears. It is worth a shot but you need to be patient as nov takes some time to work (up to a month) but it DOES work.

ok im on 250mg test and 200mg deca a week. can i do the protocol along side without problem?

You should be find but to be honest I would just come off and get this squared away first. Your choice. I run nov on cycle when I have flare ups and it's usually better by the time the cycle ends.

I would say the gyno is the most important thing right now to take care of so i agree with Buster nolva worked for me when i had a flare up and i was nervous as f*ck and i ran 20mg for about a month and it was much smaller afterward ralox much better though for reversal and shrinking it

if estrogen is up isn't that the main cause shouldn't a ai be the first thing to help with it? right now i have started 1mg arimidex eod and tenderness seems to be going away size of lumps seem to still be there though. last time i had a flair i dropped down to 300mg test and 12.5 aromasin ed and they shrank down alot i could barely feel them 0 tenderness. I've herd arimdex cant be used with nolva. so if anything all have to switch ai or get rolax. i have arimidex, exmastane, and nolva on hand.

i have before but not to reduce gyno i used it for prevention when i decided to give dbol another shot along side arimidex. no luck with prevention though i was swollen sore by week 2

If you had taken our advice months and months ago you wouldn't be in this mess. I hesitate to say that it serves you right but I've had my gyno issues and wouldn't wish it on anyone but if you keep going it will likely get worse.

Lessen the risk and come off and maybe learn how to train and diet properly because something is amiss with your results after 9 months of steroid abuse.

The ball is in your court Mike, don't know how many times you need to be warned.

It seems he's not coming off(cutting/now wants to bulk - we tried telling em diet/cardio/& a good training program will yield better results than AAS) so that's why I brought up the ralox ... I had a flare up b4 and nolva worked great(I caught it in time) and it shrunk it away . But yes def a price difference

i feel like i dont have enough mass to cutt down nicely and look good lean. my abs i never constantly directly work them so i feel there's nothing there to show. idk what i want to do im thinking if i keep cutting all just wither away. i feel my job messes me up cause i work in a high volume bar 5 days a week bar backing killing my self 8 hours strait drenched in sweat. im thinking maybe a slight surplus very clean diet and counting macros everyday. i need mass its clear to see. nips are getting better daily almost 0 tenderness and lumps seem to be dissipating. i took 40mg nolva last night along side 1mg arimidex.
