Have you tried Vitargo? Its supposed to be a super fast carbohydrate that maximises glykogen in the muscles. Im thinking of buying it because i have heard many saying that it worked super for them. Their strength went up by approx. 8% and they could do more reps than usually. They aslo felt more "up", like nothing could get them tired. Have any of you tried this supplement or heard something about it?
