somebody help. ive been lifting for 4 years. i am 5'10 190 with 14.6 body fat. ive taken pro-hormones about four times. i even tried test 500mg/weekly but i think it was far less because gains were less than when i took the pro-hormones. now last year with the pro-hormone ban i dont know what to do and im tryna take it to the next level.

does it matter if you cant take simple advise then nobody is going to help you all we can do is point you in the right direction and we have its up to you if you listen or not
