I know that I need at least 1g of protein for every pound of body weight. I know I need to eat 7 or 8 meals a day. I know each meal must contain high quality protein. I know that the body heals during sleep and that's when my body builds muscle.
What I don't know is how much protein I should have before I go to sleep. How much is too much and goes to waste? How should I divide my daily protein intake between my pre-workout, post-workout, regular meals and bedtime meal?
